This is a newly created EA position supporting two Co-Founders who are genuinely enjoyable to work with. Down-to-earth, engaging, and collaborative, they are looking forward to welcoming an EA who will become a trusted right hand and an integral part of the business.

As EA to the Co-Founders, you will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities, ensuring the smooth running of their professional lives while supporting wider business projects and operations.
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, and overseeing daily schedules, agendas, and itineraries
• Organising travel and logistics across London, ensuring efficient route planning and seamless arrangements
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, architects, photographers, and other stakeholders
• Building relationships with high-net-worth clients globally, delivering exceptional service and communication
• Managing inboxes, prioritising correspondence, and ensuring timely responses
• Supporting and coordinating a variety of business projects, including website updates, social media activity, office improvements, and company events
• Providing administrative support and assisting with the day-to-day running of the office
This role would suit an experienced EA who enjoys being hands-on and taking initiative.
