PA to Founder - Arts, Culture & Creative Partnerships

Fast-paced, creative and full of opportunity.

We’re looking for a standout PA to join a creative boutique consultancy working across arts, culture and global partnerships. Supporting the Founder and CEO, this PA role offers incredible variety, exposure and involvement, with the opportunity to work on major international projects alongside globally recognised brands and cultural organisations.

This is the kind of PA role where one day you could be coordinating international travel and preparing high-level briefing packs, and the next helping facilitate events tied to globally recognised exhibitions or creative festivals. It’s fast-moving, varied and incredibly people-focused. And the environment is really special, with exceptional benefits, wellness perks, and access to incredible cultural events throughout the year.

The role

This PA role blends business and private support. It’s a varied, fast-moving position where no two days feel quite the same.

You’ll be involved in:
• Managing an ever-changing diary across multiple time zones, carefully coordinating meetings, priorities and schedules while ensuring the Founder and CEO’s time are always used effectively
• Overseeing complex domestic and international travel arrangements, producing seamless itineraries and handling logistics to an exceptionally high standard
• Supporting business development processes by preparing research, pulling together meeting packs and helping keep internal deliverables and deadlines on track across the team
• Assisting with client projects and events, helping deliver creative strategies and high-profile gatherings tied to major international cultural and industry events
• Playing a hands-on role in the facilitation of exhibitions, private views, openings and leadership events, making this an especially exciting opportunity for a PA with a genuine interest in the arts and creative world
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, liaising with suppliers, providing IT support, and ensuring everything operates smoothly behind the scenes
• Supporting with personal projects and lifestyle management for the Founder, from organising celebrations and gifting to coordinating appointments and family-related logistics

This is a PA role for someone who enjoys being immersed, thinking ahead and making things happen - someone who thrives on variety and likes being at the centre of a busy, creatively driven environment.

The candidate
We’re looking for a polished, warm and highly capable PA with around 3-5 years’ experience supporting a Founder, CEO or senior executive within a fast-paced, boutique or entrepreneurial environment.

This PA role suits someone who is naturally proactive and highly organised. You’ll be comfortable balancing both business and private support, operating with discretion, professionalism and excellent judgement at all times.

You’ll likely be someone who:
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment and stays calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure
• Communicates brilliantly and builds relationships easily with high-profile clients, stakeholders and colleagues
• Is adaptable, emotionally intelligent and instinctively one step ahead, spotting what needs doing before being asked
• Enjoys variety and doesn’t hesitate to muck in wherever needed, bringing a collaborative and hands-on approach to the team
• Has a genuine interest in arts and culture, and is excited by the idea of being immersed in a creative and culturally connected environment
