My client is preparing for an exciting social media launch and is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join them at the very beginning of their journey. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic and fast-growing brand, gaining exposure to high-level operations, creative projects, and influential networks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Extensive calendar management across multiple businesses and international time zones
- Managing and overseeing social media channels
- Coordinating business meetings, taking notes, and distributing follow-up actions where required
- Organising global travel for a team of influencers, including creating detailed itineraries and contributing creative content ideas
- Booking film crews and coordinating production logistics
- Managing appointments, restaurant reservations, and day-to-day scheduling
- Researching and arranging international property viewings and travel plans
