Senior Executive Assistant for Charismatic UHNW Entrepreneur & Philanthropist
A charismatic UHNW Entrepreneur & Philanthropist is looking for a very experienced and highly effective Senior Executive Assistant with extensive international experience. Based 5 days a week in the very busy Mayfair office.
The principal has offices and homes all over the world, but London is their principal home and HQ. The principal has very high standards, is exceptionally busy, highly intelligent and very generous, but also hugely demanding.
** The principal heads up a global pharmaceutical business, a private equity business and has a philanthropic foundation **
The Executive Assistant will be based in the Mayfair office, working alongside a very senior Executive Private PA. There will be some international travel with the role, approx. 4 – 6 trips a year.
Core hours are 8:00 – 17:30, there will be access outside hours, weekends and during holidays. There are down times over the course of the year, depending on the principal’s diary.
The candidate needs to live within 45 minutes of Mayfair.
This role will suit an experienced Executive Assistant without ties. Not for the faint-hearted, but VERY rewarding.
I am looking for a candidate who has supported Chairmen, CEOs, and senior C-suite executives within a corporate environment. A candidate who has had direct experience managing board-related activity, including coordinating board meetings and engaging with very high-profile executives in a global environment.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an Executive Assistant based in London to provide administrative and operational support to this UUHNWI. Confidentiality is an essential element of this role. The successful candidate is highly trusted with sensitive information. This role requires a calm, polished, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and always maintains impeccable standards.
Key requirements include:
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, particularly complex calendaring across multiple time zones
• Ability to operate with speed, accuracy, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
• A high level of professionalism and discretion
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Heavy calendar management, accounting for day-to-day meetings and movements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
• Daily liaison with all the principal’s business interests in the States and other parts of the world
• Attend immediately to emails forwarded from individuals that require action or follow-up
• Anticipate needs and act proactively to ensure seamless daily operations
• Manage and maintain contact lists
• Take notes, prepare memos, letters and reports
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
• Travel may be required at short notice, including international travel; a current passport is required
• Organise and take care of mail and files
• Assist with planning, organising, and coordinating events for various locations
• May attend meetings, assist in the preparation and printing of documents, agendas, and take and transcribe minutes
• Weekly updated report to the principals
• Assist with various projects as required
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
