Strategic EA to Visionary Writer, Producer and Director
This is not a traditional EA role. We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a fast-moving, entrepreneurial principal working across international business, film, media, and private projects. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role requiring efficiency, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate strategically and at pace. The scope to grow is infinite; he is a visionary and needs a true right-hand to help him realise his ambitions.
You’ll operate as a strategic partner, not just a gatekeeper, helping to prioritise, problem-solve, and quietly drive outcomes across multiple ventures and relationships.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Act as a true extension of the principal, anticipating needs before they arise
- Manage and own a complex and constantly shifting schedule across multiple time zones
- High volume inbox and diary management
- Build, grow and strengthen relationships with high-profile stakeholders, from A-list celebrities to governmental offices and royalty
- Support on deal flow, investor conversations, and strategic initiatives
- Prepare briefs, research, and materials that are sharp, insightful, and actionable
- Handle sensitive communications with professionalism and confidentiality
- Manage communications with discretion, intelligence, and authority
- Step in where needed to bring structure and momentum
Who This Is For
- You’re not just “organised”, you’re ambitious, commercially sharp and intellectually switched on.
- You think in priorities, not tasks
- You’re confident dealing with senior people and don’t need handholding
- Able to manage up
- You understand business, not just admin
- You can hold your own in a room, and know when not to speak
- You’re calm under pressure and operate with absolute discretion
- You have strong judgment and aren’t afraid to challenge when needed
Backgrounds that tend to work well:
- Top-tier EA / Chief of Staff experience
- Consulting/finance/startups with strong operational exposure
- Experience in media, entertainment, or creative industries is a plus (not essential)
What Makes This Role Different
- High trust, high autonomy – you’ll be relied on, not micromanaged
- Real strategic exposure
- Proximity to decision-making
- A role that can evolve into Chief of Staff/operational leadership
