Key Responsibilities
• Expertly manage a busy and ever-changing diary, meetings, and travel
• Act as a trusted right-hand, maintaining confidentiality and control
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communications
• Oversee expenses and financial tracking
• Plan and execute team townhalls and internal events end-to-end
• Coordinate logistics including venues, catering, and guest experience

What You Bring
• 3–5 years’ experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, corporate or creative environment
• Impeccable organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to high standards
• Confidence, polish, and a natural sense of style
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
• A flair for event planning and creating engaging internal experiences
