EA to CEO - Founder-Led Activewear & Wellness Company
A founder-led, mission-driven activewear brand is seeking a highly accomplished Executive Assistant to support the CEO. With ambitious growth plans and exciting projects on the horizon, this role offers the unique opportunity to be the strategic force operating behind the scenes.
As the CEO’s closest operational partner, you will ensure their time, focus, and energy are directed where they matter most. You’ll move seamlessly between strategic coordination and hands-on execution, calm under pressure and always two steps ahead. From board-level preparation to international travel pivots, inbox oversight to cross-functional project tracking, you’ll act as a central point of contact across the business.

The EA role is based three days a week in our gorgeous Central London offices, a space that’s fast-paced, creative, collaborative, and passionately committed to the brand’s trajectory. It maintains a start-up mentality while offering exceptional perks. The role also offers two days a week working from home, with flexibility depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Complex, ever-shifting diary management across multiple time zones
• Domestic and international travel planning, including last-minute changes
• End-to-end board and senior leadership meeting coordination
• Inbox and stakeholder communications, exercising strong commercial judgment
• High-level stakeholder management across business units and partners
• Preparation of briefings, presentations, and meticulous meeting follow-ups
• Cross-functional project tracking and operational oversight
• Acting as gatekeeper, liaison, and protector of the CEO’s time
• Supporting both strategic business initiatives and personal matters
The Candidate
• 5+ years’ experience supporting Founders, C-Suite executives, HNW individuals, or entrepreneurs
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth, or start-up environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
• Impeccable discretion and integrity
• Strong business judgment with a solutions-first mindset
• Confidence to challenge when needed and protect the CEO’s focus
• A warm, upbeat, nurturing, yet highly professional presence
Experience in Sports, Fitness, Wellbeing, Luxury Brands, Fashion, or Entertainment is highly advantageous. An interest in fitness and wellbeing is a plus, but energy, drive, and ambition are essential.
