Receptionist/Administrator - Slick Boutique Finance
A fantastic opportunity for a professional, well spoken, bright and muck-in individual with excellent people skills to join a leading and hugely successful boutique finance firm based in beautiful, newly refurbished offices in the heart of the West End.
As a key member of the operational team, you will be immaculately presented, smiley, charming and extremely professional.
This busy role will involve:
• Meet & greet HNW guests and clients
• Answer incoming calls
• Book and set meeting rooms
• Set up video calls
• Order and prepare breakfasts/lunches and create menu cards with dietary requirements
• Order office supplies
• Printing and binding
• Couriers/post
• Fire Marshall/First Aider duties
• Ad hoc admin for the team
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years reception experience and will be looking to apply their skills and expertise to a new environment.
