An industry-renowned and inspiring Fitness Entrepreneur is looking for a top-class, ambitious and passionate EA to provide dedicated 1:1 support, Business and Personal. This EA role will be based 3 days a week in gorgeous offices in Central London - the atmosphere is fast-paced, creative, muck-in, dynamic, empowering, supportive, and everyone is extremely passionate about the trajectory of the business. It is still very much a start-up mentality, but with exceptional perks on offer. This EA role also offers 2 days a week WFH, but flexibility depending on business needs.
This is a dedicated 1:1 EA role that requires a seasoned EA to hit the ground running and transform the Founder’s life. The scope of the role is vast, ranging from errand-running, booking private appointments, lifestyle management, and hospitality to extremely high-level stakeholder management, strategic planning, extensive diary management across multiple time zones, oversight across all businesses, and being a key gatekeeper to the Founder. A flexible and muck-in nature is pivotal to this role, as well as being warm, nurturing, passionate, upbeat, and ambitious. A no job is too big or small attitude. This role has lots of scope for development for the right person.
They are looking for a dedicated, right-hand EA with 5+ years of experience providing Business and Private support at Founder/C-Suite/HNW/Entrepreneur/Household Name level, ideally in a relevant industry such as Sports/Fitness, Wellbeing, Luxury Brands, Fashion, Entertainment. This person must be used to a fast-paced and all-hands-to-the-deck culture and have a winning personality; a genuine spark and energy are a must. Someone with an interest in Fitness and wellbeing is a plus, but not essential.
