Private PA – Global UHNW Clientele
A discreet, international lifestyle group is seeking a meticulous and highly adaptable Private Personal Assistant to support a select group of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of luxury, discretion, and lifestyle management, delivering seamless support to clients with complex, fast-moving lives.
This is not your typical PA position. You will be the primary point of contact, supporting every aspect of a client’s personal lives, from the essential to the extraordinary. You will collaborate with a highly experienced in-house team to ensure that no detail is overlooked and no request goes unmet.
Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as the trusted liaison between clients and internal departments
• Coordinating high-level travel logistics, including private aviation, luxury accommodations, and complex itineraries
• Managing multiple properties, ensuring homes are always guest-ready and operating smoothly
• Procuring unique, luxury items and gifts, often under tight timelines
• Planning and executing private events, from intimate dinners to high-profile celebrations
• Recruiting and overseeing private household staff
• Preparing homes prior to client arrivals, tailoring the experience to their exact preferences
• Handling last-minute, high-pressure requests
This is a role for someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, embraces variety, and understands the expectations of a discreet and high-achieving clientele.
The Candidate:
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar UHNW or luxury lifestyle role
• A background in luxury, private client services, concierge, or private household management
• An intuitive grasp of the UHNW lifestyle, including seasonal travel preferences and global hotspots
• Outstanding organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
• A warm, polished communication style with impeccable discretion
