Front of House/Administrator/Office Assistant for Luxury Property Developer/Interior Design Company
A very high-end and professional Property Development/Interior Design company based in central London are looking for a switched-on, bright, confident and charming candidate to take on their Office Administration, assist the Head of Operations and use your creative skills to work on their social media. The role is based front of house but is much more than just a reception role.
• You will have an opportunity to work closely with the interior design team, helping them with client and supplier liaison, really getting involved with the nuts and bolts of the business.
• Assisting the Head of Operations, you will be ordering weekly food and drink for the office, branded stationery.
• Booking meetings and helping out with the operations,
• Taking on PA tasks for the senior team and managing internal company events for the fun-loving team.
• There is also an opportunity to use your social media skills and get creative!
• No two days will be the same, the role will be varied and busy, so you need to be calm under pressure and never lose your attention to detail, always smiley and welcoming to HNW visitors.
I am looking for a candidate who has at least 1 year of office experience, who is confident, muck-in, has initiative and is willing to learn.
I am not looking for someone who wants to be an interior designer.
There is a lot of room to grow the role and become a much-valued member of this dynamic company.
