As the trusted right hand to a visionary Principal, your responsibilities will extend well beyond the conventional EA scope. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, elevated guest experiences, and global brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate
- Curate and coordinate VIP guest experiences
- Manage high-level property enquiries from UHNWIs and VIPs
- Serve as the primary liaison for international PR agencies
- Organise and host press visits and exclusive events
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- At least 8 years’ experience in a high-level EA role, ideally within luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
- A perfectionist’s eye and a refined sense of aesthetics - nothing escapes your attention
- Exceptional cultural sensitivity and an innate ability to engage with an elite, international clientele
- Impeccable communication skills, with native-level English fluency (Italian is a strong advantage)
- Proven expertise in event coordination, guest relations, and logistical planning
- Total discretion, resourcefulness, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Tech-savvy with a hands-on, can-do attitude
