An extremely successful and fast-moving Asset Management Firm is seeking an experienced EA to support a team of impressive financiers, including multiple Managing Directors.

This busy and high-volume EA role requires a seasoned Executive Assistant who is confident manoeuvring and supporting a team of individuals all with varying needs, work styles and personalities. No two days will be the same, and this role requires someone calm, who works well under pressure and can work at pace!
The duties include: diary management, inbox monitoring, international travel and itineraries, setting up meetings, composing meeting documents, adhoc minutes, expenses, fielding calls, and liaising with clients
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• 5+ years EA experience within a similar industry – Private Equity, Asset Management etc
• Experience supporting multiple people – 5+ people
• Highly organised and efficient, strong attention to detail, and naturally proactive
• Confident, team player looking to go the extra mile
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Exceptionally professional in their approach and presentation
• Very strong communication skills
