The Role - EA

This is a diverse and rewarding position requiring excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and an ability to anticipate and adapt to ever-changing priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Comprehensive diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating national and international travel, including car services and restaurant bookings
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions
  • Organising internal meetings, events, and talks
  • Handling calls and correspondence with professionals
  • Supporting with financial admin tasks such as invoice processing and report preparation
  • Providing proactive administrative support to the Head of HR

You will be/have

You will bring at least 3 years of PA/EA experience, ideally within a similarly fast-paced or creative environment. You’ll be:

  • Highly organised, proactive, and discreet
  • Comfortable managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Confident in written and verbal communication
  • Numerate, resourceful, and resilient under pressure
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a flexible approach
