The role - HR & Recruitment Manager:
- Managing the full recruitment process, from screening, sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new talent
- Work with a strategic mindset, supporting with BAU tasks
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent
- Provide proactive, ad-hoc support to the HR team and wider initiatives
- Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring smooth processes and clear communication
