A start-up boutique investment/private office is looking for a Chief of Staff/Operations professional to manage their strategic needs, run their operations and set up systems and procedures etc.

Based in the West End, the company is growing rapidly with 30 people to be employed by the end of 2025, so this is a particularly exciting time to join and make the role your own. Very friendly, collaborative culture.

Outline summary of the role
• Chief of Staff/Operational responsibilities with some EA support to the Chief Strategy Officer
• Setting up and managing processes and procedures
• Working very closely with the CSO on strategy, implementing and maintaining strategies
• Support with HR
• Support the CSO on projects
• Implementing good practice
Candidate
• Graduate or grad calibre
• International working experience
• Previous experience as COS or Head of Operations – a strategic role with operational values
• Seasoned professional
• Startup experience or family office an advantage, open to industry
• Self-starter, business-minded, strategic thinker
• Able to get things going despite CSO in the US
• Solutions focussed
• Muck-in start-up attitude
• Highly organised, forward-thinking, proactive, positive approach
• Gravitas, good sense of humour
