Chief of Staff/Business Manager - Inspiring Boss & Innovative Company
A fantastic opportunity to join a hugely successful, global business, this is a key role working closely with the highly regarded MD.
Focusing on strategy and operations with a commercial focus, you will be heavily involved in the cogs of the business and instrumental in ensuring continued growth.
Duties will include:
- Research market movements and topics to highlight to the MD and identify opportunities.
- Assist with prepping and setting agendas for Board meetings, and ensuring all actions are completed.
- Liaison with local internal and external communications teams on key initiatives and decisions. Prepare presentations and speeches as necessary.
- Handling relevant email comms on MD’s behalf and solving problems proactively.
- Ownership and accountability for the Management system ensuring all stakeholders are active and engaged.
- Lead and support specific strategic projects plus end-to-end management of all SVP projects and initiatives. Managing meetings in MD’s absence.
- Own, manage and monitor roadmap and ensure the implementation of those activities across Business areas.
- Ensure the Senior Leadership Team is aligned on key priorities and they are reviewed regularly.
- Co-ordinating and creating all materials and briefing documents for meetings and events.
- Attending some meetings and actioning follow-ups.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the MD and Leadership Team.
We are looking for significant previous relevant experience in business, strategy or commercial management.
A driven and professional individual who is expert at managing projects autonomously, brilliant at engaging at all levels, resilient and able to solve problems with ease.
